Our annual meeting will take place on November 9, 2015 at the Willow Meadows Baptist Church Chapel. The church is located at 4300 West Bellfort Avenue, Sign in starts at 6:00pm and homeowners are encouraged to arrive early.
During this meeting, the current state of the property will be addressed as well as the election of three board members. It is very important that you attend this meeting. However, if you are unable, it is imperative that you pass on your proxy vote for elections to a neighbor that will be in attendance.
